TCM is a holistic transformational ministry working on the outskirts of Tzaneen, Limpopo Province, South Africa since 2002. With the help of the Modjaji Traditional Authority, community leaders, board and supporters we are thankful to serve this community from our TCM base.
We have five pillars, each pillar consisting of one or more programmes guided by programme leaders.
